Vault 20″ Aluminium Frame Carry-On Suitcase with Front Tech Pocket

Vault 20″ Aluminium Frame Carry-On Suitcase

Built for travellers who want hard-shell protection without giving up quick access, the Vault 20″ combines a rigid aluminium frame and ABS shell with a lockable front tech compartment, TSA combination security, an external USB connection and organised split storage.

Available in Silver, Black and Grey. External dimensions are 57 × 40 × 17 cm including wheels and handles. Cabin baggage allowances vary by airline, route and fare, so always check your carrier’s current limits before travelling.

Key Elements

1. Lockable front-access tech compartment – Open the dedicated front section without unpacking the main case. A laptop sleeve, two upper organiser pockets and a lower mesh pocket keep travel documents, electronics and smaller essentials easy to reach, while a Velcro gusset supports the hinged panel when open.

2. Aluminium-frame, zip-free security – The structured aluminium frame and rigid ABS shell create a firm, protective case with a clean latch-style closure. The main case and front tech section use integrated 3-digit TSA combination security for convenient international travel.

3. Travel-ready charging and utility – A pre-installed internal USB cable connects to the external case port, allowing a compatible power bank inside the case to provide convenient device access while travelling. A collapsible rear cup holder folds away when not required.

4. Smooth multi-directional handling – Four 55 mm double spinner wheels provide easy 360° movement, supported by soft-close carry handles and a three-stage push-button telescopic handle for comfortable manoeuvring through stations, terminals and hotels.

FAQs

Is the 20″ Vault suitcase approved as cabin luggage?

There is no universal cabin-size standard. The case measures 57 × 40 × 17 cm including wheels and handles, so suitability depends on the airline, route and fare you book. Check your airline’s current baggage allowance before travelling.

What is the front tech compartment for?

It provides quick access to a laptop, documents, passport, cables and smaller travel essentials without opening the main packing compartment. The hinged panel is supported by a Velcro gusset when open.

What size laptop will fit?

The dedicated sleeve measures 21 cm wide × 23 cm high and the usable tech-compartment area extends to approximately 31 cm in height. Laptop dimensions vary considerably even at the same advertised screen size, so compare your device’s physical measurements before purchase.

Does the front compartment lock?

Yes. The front tech section has separate integrated 3-digit TSA combination security, while the main case also has TSA combination security.

How does the USB connection work?

The case has an external USB connection linked to a pre-installed internal cable. Connect your own compatible power bank inside the case, then use the external port for convenient device access. A power bank is not included.

Does it include a cup holder?

Yes. A collapsible cup holder is built into the rear of the case and folds away when not in use. The upper ring is approximately 74 mm in diameter and the lower base approximately 65 mm.

Are the wheels removable?

No. The case uses four fixed 55 mm double spinner wheels designed for smooth multi-directional movement.

What colours are available?
