Terms of service
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through hellomoso.co.uk.
Moso is a trading name of Silverhind Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10774329.
Registered office:
Harrison House, Sheep Walk, Langford Road, Biggleswade, England, SG18 9RB

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
1. Products, prices and orders
We aim to describe our products accurately and provide clear photographs, specifications and dimensions. Minor differences may arise through manufacturing tolerances, product updates or screen colour settings.
Prices shown on hellomoso.co.uk are in pounds sterling and include any taxes that we are legally required to charge. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately before checkout.
Prices may differ from prices offered by us on eBay, Amazon or other sales channels.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. Any payment already taken will be refunded.
2. Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by law.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you nominate to receive them.
3. Your right to cancel
If you are buying as a consumer, you will normally have the right to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason.
For most goods, you must tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
The simplest way to cancel is to email us at nicholas@silverhind-trading.co.uk, quoting your name and order number and clearly stating that you wish to cancel.
You may also cancel by any other clear statement permitted by law or use the model cancellation form at the bottom of these terms.
Some goods are excluded from the statutory cancellation right, including certain personalised goods, perishable goods, sealed software and certain sealed goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
4. Change-of-mind returns
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Our registered office is not necessarily our returns address.
Where an item cannot normally be returned by post, the expected or estimated return cost will be provided before the return where required by law.
You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us, so we recommend using a suitable tracked and insured return service.
5. Condition of returned goods
You may inspect the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — broadly the same level of inspection that would normally be permitted in a shop.
To receive a full refund, goods should be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all components, accessories, manuals and original packaging wherever available.
If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and that handling has reduced their value, we may deduct the amount of that reduction in value from your refund, up to the full contract price where justified by the actual loss in value.
A deduction may therefore be made where appropriate for matters such as use beyond reasonable inspection, assembly or installation, marks or damage, missing parts or accessories, or missing or damaged packaging where this has genuinely reduced the value of the returned product.
We will assess any deduction reasonably and by reference to the actual reduction in value of the goods. We do not charge a separate restocking or cancellation fee.
6. Refunds following cancellation
Where you exercise a valid statutory cancellation right, we will refund the amount required by law.
This includes the price paid for the goods, subject to any lawful deduction for diminished value.
If you paid a separate delivery charge, we will refund an amount equal to our least expensive standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive or expedited delivery service, the additional cost of that upgrade will not be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and within the statutory time limit, normally using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods
Your statutory rights are separate from the change-of-mind cancellation rights above.
Goods supplied by us must meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly and we will explain the appropriate next steps.
Where you have a statutory right to reject goods, we will provide the remedy required by law and bear any reasonable return costs that the law requires us to bear.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes a statutory consumer right.
8. Warranties and guarantees
Moso does not provide any additional commercial warranty or guarantee beyond your statutory rights unless we expressly state otherwise on the relevant product page.
A manufacturer may sometimes provide its own warranty or guarantee. Any such manufacturer warranty is separate from your statutory rights against us as the retailer.
The expiry or absence of a manufacturer warranty does not remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
9. Product availability and errors
All products are subject to availability.
We may correct genuine typographical, pricing, specification or availability errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, give you the option of proceeding on the corrected basis or receiving a refund.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
If you purchase goods wholly or mainly for business purposes, different legal rights may apply and statutory consumer cancellation rights may not apply.
11. Website use and intellectual property
The Moso name, website design, original written content and original graphics are owned by or licensed to Silverhind Trading Ltd unless otherwise stated.
Manufacturer names, brands and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use the website for normal shopping purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission except where permitted by law.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our store uses Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the website, process payments, fulfil orders and provide customer support.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.
The terms applying to a purchase will normally be those in force when the order was placed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the law applicable where you live.
Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory legal rights available to them.
