The SVR-Tech Pro HD RJ45 Pass-Through Crimping Tool is designed for trade users, network installers and electricians who need a practical tool for repeated RJ45 terminations. It works with compatible standard and pass-through Cat5, Cat6 and Cat7 RJ45 connectors, while the pass-through cutting action crimps the plug and trims excess conductors in one movement.

For shielded RJ45 connectors with an external grounding tab, an additional crimping feature in the handle lets you form the grounding tab without reaching for a separate tool. Its compact format and lock-closed storage position make it easy to keep in a tool bag between jobs.

How pass-through termination works

1. Prepare the cable and arrange the conductors to the required wiring scheme.
2. Feed the conductors through a compatible pass-through RJ45 connector and seat the cable correctly in the plug.
3. Insert the connector into the crimping tool and squeeze to crimp the plug and trim the protruding conductors in the same action.
4. For compatible shielded connectors, use the dedicated handle crimp feature for the external grounding tab as required, then test the finished cable.

Compatibility

Use with compatible standard and pass-through Cat5, Cat6 and Cat7 RJ45 connectors. The additional grounding-tab crimp feature is intended for compatible shielded RJ45 connectors with external grounding.
